If you already own a piece of land or a lot in an existing community in the area, let us do a free no obligation lot analysis with you. 

 

At this visit we will discuss your land and how it relates to your particular needs in a house plan. For example, do you need a single story house plan that minimizes exterior steps? Do you need extra space for storage or guests?   Maybe adding some finished space above the garage or adding a finished basement would be a good idea. How the house can work with the land is the first and most important step in the process.
